Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent amenities and a prime location.

I loved the stunning ocean view from the room and the lush, well-maintained gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very comfortable. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of loungers and a clean, inviting pool. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops.

I liked the pool , location and the staff were very friendly

The pillows are not fluffy and the bath takes a long time to fill

Beautiful and relaxing. Just avoid peak dinner time!

The staff was very nice. The room at the top was spacious and had a nice view. Thank you! Walking distance from the beach. Really nice sauna. Nice pool!

It was a bit pricier than it should be. At 300+ per night, I expect higher quality and variety of toiletries. Dining area was very busy and a bit cramped. Drinks ordered took way too long to arrive. Parking space is pretty limited around the hotel.

The hotel's location is amazing! You can walk to the beach! Our stay included breakfast and dinner, and we really enjoyed the food, especially the desserts – they were so good! The pool and pool bar are the highlights for us. It's so relaxing and nice!

Perfect hotel, food was really delicious, staff is very professional, special thanks to Arut who was really friendly an has provided great advice. The hotel is great for remote work as it has great WI-FI and comfortable desk as well as balcony with comfy chairs.

Too many German visitors, not many guests speak English.

Seaside Sandy beach so relaxing

Great place to relax and the all inclusive was the way to go (and I don't normally like buffets or all inclusive). Great food and service. Lovely clean room. Nice sauna in the 10th floor and had a great massage too. So easy to relax. Really enjoyed it.

An unexpectedly nice stay with great weather for January...

I would like to tell you that I understood the tourists' reviews only after I arrived here. But let me explain how this resort works. First of all, you need to know that it is addressed especially to the hippie generation from Germany in the 70s. That is why the average age of the tourists is an advanced one. The air of the Cold War reigns in the hotel, so that if the owner were to renovate in the style of the 21st century, he would lose the vast majority of customers. They would not appreciate the new wave equipment, and they would not feel comfortable in a smart design arrangement... I admit that I was initially disappointed. I'm not young but not old either, so I felt like a kid here... All this feeling was immediately covered by the joy of discovering the special attention that the staff gives to all customers. At "all inclusive" you won't miss anything. There is no waste, but ask, and you will receive whatever you need to feel good. I wanted a better wine, I asked for and received an excellent one. I asked for the 007-style vodka Martini, and I got the best cocktail I've ever had. You can also ask for water for the room, fruits, sweets and much more. The food is as good as at Seaside Palm Beach from the same group, although Sandy has only four stars. And everywhere is very clean and smells so good. Both I and my wife thank the hosts and promise to come back.

Nothing bad about the hotel... Because it seems we were very lucky, we got some great weather for January. It was 24-25 degrees, only on the last day the wind blew a bit hard... You must therefore know that there are days in winter when the cold wind blowing from the mountain does not let you enjoy sunbathing on the beach. And this wind could blow for 3-4 days... But don't despair, the hotel pools are protected from the wind or, just as well, you can visit the island. I warmly recommend Poema del Mar, Puerto de Mogán, Roque Nublo, Anfi del Mar ... and there are many other tourist attractions to see ...

Breakfast and dinner were just excellent! Staff are very helpful and kind. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Spa area was very small. And it was difficult to get treatments you wanted. It looks like offering in brochyre is different than really is available.

The location of this property is very good, close to the beach and yumbo centre.

Maybe it needs updating, a lick of paint and new bedroom furniture. The entertainment is poor, I understand the hotel caters for matured guests but atleast do the entertainment outside and it might help gives that holiday vibe to everyone. Bar service by the pool can get really busy, no way of telling who’s next so need to raise voice sometimes to get one’s attention.

Wonderful

Very friendly and helpful staff in all aspects and areas of the hotel. The food was amazing and the catering services excellent.

Just one simple thing, the strength of the drink at both the pool bar and the entertainment lounge wear week. We were on half board, so we paid straight away for what we drank, the mix of spirit and orange etc was very weak.
